Pick up delivery option
A few people have asked is there is a local delivery and pick up options on wools. So I though I would write up a post explaining the situation in more detail.
I have added option on to the website to be able to “pick up” your delivery, however it is only from me at market days. I would love to open up more pick up and delivery options, for you to be able to get more access to my lovely wools and might change in the future although this currently this is how it stands :
Option 1 - Newtown Market, Tuesdays - Bear Lanes - 8- 3
Option 2 - Oswestry Market, Wednesday - Street market down from Baileys Head - 8-3
When order is packaged and ready for collection, I will be sending an email out to notify you that it is ready.
You will have 1 month to collect your order from when the email is sent out. If order is not collected within this time it will be cancelled and stock will be added back to the website. If you have an problems with picking up your order. Please notify me as soon as possible, and can discuss other options.
Pick up from my studio - Not an option!! I work from home, and within a small space, not suitable for accepting visitors.
Sorry but I will not drive out to yours to drop off products ! - Unfortunately I do not drive myself, and means that I have to rely on others to be able to get lifts, so it is not always convenient. Sadly this also costs us travel expenses, to be able to get out to other places to deliver orders. So would need to put the prices up to cover the additional costs to be able to drive around and deliver them.
Can I arrange another time to pick up my items? - Unfortunately due to pervious experiences of offering pick up and then people messing me around with times and days, Resulting in me waiting around for no shows. I am unable to offer this service. I currently work 24/7, and it is soon going to get much busier and will not be physically able to meet people outside of these times.
If these time are not suitable to you, please choose postage delivery to avoid disappointment.
